Last October 4, 2013 (Friday), the PRES Teaching Force along with our excellent and beautiful principal, Mrs. Rufina E. Ramos, celebrated Teachers’ Day at Emiliana Hall, Tenejero, Balanga City. The said celebration started with the registration at 7:00 am and a mass at 7:30 in the morning. The opening program began with a thanksgiving prayer lead by Mrs. Violeta M. Mena, principal of Tuyo Elementary School and the singing of our national anthem and Balanga Hymn through Audio Visual Presentation.

With great enthusiasm, Mr. Jonathan Valdeo, a teacher of Bataan National High School acknowledged everyone’s presence through dance steps that indulge the interest and attentiveness of teachers on the said occasion.

Dr. Ronaldo A. Pozon, the Schools Division Superintendent gave an inspirational message to the said affair and inculcated the importance and dedication of teachers that “A teacher takes a hand, opens a mind and touches a heart.

In support with the Teacher’s Day Celebration, Hon. Jose Enrique Garcia III along with the Congressman and the Governor gave their warm welcome and heartfelt messages that made the ambiance of the crowd more meaningful.

And to rekindle those days, during their younger years in the service and devoted their life on teaching, the DepEd Family expressed their gratitude to the retirees headed by Dr. Robert E. Osongco, the OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent.

The program will not be completed without the performance of the 2012 Choral Champion, the so called Voice of talents of Education in our division and the remarkable special number of BNHS Teachers. After the presentation, Dr. Ronaldo A. Pozon and Dr. Robert E. Osongco distributed the certificates of recognition to the selected Outstanding Teachers in the elementary and secondary. Merits for hardship and dedication were given to the well deserved teachers.

The program ended with the closing remark of Mrs. Ana Maria I. Garcia, BCPSTEA President. And surely a successful Teacher’s Day celebration! No dull moment because of the enormous enthusiasm of the Masters of Ceremony, especially Mr. Rodelio P. Bugay .
